Surfing Jesus Cake
Triple-layer lemon cake with strawberry filling. Jesus and his surfboard are sugar cookies, and the waves are made of candy melt and thus edible (though I wouldn't recommend it). There is Jello atop the cake and Swedish fish swimming around the outside.

Funfetti cupcakes with blue frosting for water and crumbled golden Oreos for sand, featuring teddy grahams on the "beach". Surfboards, waves, and shark fins made from royal icing. Also uses sour gummy candy strips for beach blankets and Swedish fish. Cocktail umbrellas are used as parasols.

Valentine Cookies
Valentine's Day sugar cookies bagged individually for easier distribution. The O in LOVE and the second heart in the bottom row are "shaker cookies"; each is actually two cookies pressed together with a transparent edible coating in the middle, containing sprinkles inside that rattle around when you shake the cookie.

Cake pops (crumbled-up funfetti cake mixed with icing) covered with a hard white chocolate coating.

Pudding mixed with crushed Oreos, garnished with a small plant made of royal icing and a gummy worm. Served in reusable flowerpot-shaped cups with plastic shovel spoons.

Rice Krispie topped with chocolate and dipped in red, white, and blue star sprinkles. Individually wrapped for easier transport.

- Blue cake with Jesus riding a surfboard on top of it, next to a pool of clear blue Jello and three cresting waves. Red fish are stuck around the side of the cake and placed on the plate around the cake.
